As the name suggests, this home is all about the sea – from its panoramic balcony vistas to the chance to spot whales right from your doorstep during season!

This laid-back holiday home was designed with comfort in mind. The top floor is the heart of the house – a large, open-plan space where everyone can come together.

Here, you’ll find:
A cozy lounge area with plenty of seating
A bar nook for evening drinks
A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals
An indoor braai (BBQ), perfect for year-round gatherings
Glass doors that open onto the balcony, where the sea views will take your breath away
Also located on the top floor is a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.


Entertainment for All Ages -
The ground floor is all about fun and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a game of pool or foosball, both overlooking the ocean through large windows and the balcony beyond.

Shared bathroom on the ground floor
In total, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

Guest Access -
Guests will have access to the entire home, with a private entrance – your stay here is completely private. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood known for its incredible whale watching spots right from the shoreline.
Please note: the garage is not available to guests. However, there is safe parking available on the curb right next to the house.
