The Log House

The Log House is secluded and surrounded by Fynbos flowers. Offering guests complete privacy, no neighbors and within walking distance of the beach, by way of a small footpath leading to the beach.

Guests are spoiled with stunning sea views even while lying in bed, enjoying the indoor fire place in the bedroom!

This is a very spacious house, with large open plan living room, kitchen and indoor braai. On each side of the house is a main bedroom, both with sliding doors opening to the outside, with stunning sea views. Each of these two bedrooms has an en-suite open plan bathroom as well as fire place inside the bedroom.

The third bedroom also has an open plan en-suite bathroom.

There's a large lawn area surrounding the house offering parking & playground for kids.

In front of the house is a patio area, with picnic bench and portable outdoor braai.

House is completely off the grid, operating only on solar panels & gas, meaning no load shedding interruptions!

ACCESS TO THE HOUSE:

The house is accessible with basically any vehicle. Please check with us regarding your vehicle upon booking as extreme weather conditions such as flooding etc. might influence accessibility at times.

From the tar road guests will head onto a sandy gravel road for about 5km, leading straight to the house.

SAFETEY:

Although the house is remotely located, we've not had any safety issues or concerns. The gate at the tar road can be locked (guests will have keys to this lock) and the house is also equipped with an alarm that can be activated when guests are not home. The house is also equipped with outside lights.
