This luxurious space with its overlooking veranda & large open plan living area, offers guests the perfect get away! Guest will be booking the top floor of this property - a large open plan kitchen & living room, connecting to an indoor braai room. Below the main house is a flat on the ground floor, with permanent resident. Guests won't be bothered by the permanent resident and won't have to worry about them bothering him. Guests are welcome to thoroughly enjoy the house and make themselves at home! Steps lead onto the top floor from a private entrance. Parking is available in front of the garages. Unfortunately garages are locked and not available for the guests to use. Guests will be staying on the second floor of this spacious house, with a stunning view of the neighborhood and ocean. Separate entrance leading to the top floor. Parking spot available in front of the garages. Self-check in, with a keys in a lockbox.
