This double-storey home has stairs and features two generous wooden decks:

• a ground-floor deck close to the beach, and

• a large, covered upper deck with a built-in braai, well protected from the wind and perfect for long, relaxed gatherings.

Inside, the open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There is an indoor fireplace designed for heating only (not for cooking or braaiing), making it cosy during cooler evenings. The covered patio offers an outdoor lounge and braai area for easy holiday living.

The beach is just ±50 metres directly in front of the house, with safe swimming, white sandy stretches for kids to play, and rocky pools nearby for exploring and fishing — no driving needed.
