Serenity while surrounded with Fynbos. This spacious villa treats guests to the most mesmerizing views of indigenous Fynbos fields. With Zebra's roaming freely and access to a private beach, this villa ticks all the boxes! Each bedroom has its own outdoor entrance, en-suite bathroom and Fynbos views, offering privacy & peaceful dwellings to each group member. The large windows surrounding the main living room invites nature into the home while still enjoying the luxury indoor setting. This is a spacious property, in the shape of a 'U', with an inner quart yard section. The inner quart yard section is completely fenced, with a covered large outdoor braai area, wood fired hot tub and grass section. The 'main barn' section of the house is made up of the main bedroom, ensuite bathroom and open plan living area & kitchen. The open plan living area boasts with large glass windows, overlooking field of indigenousness Fynbos. The other section of the 'U'-shaped property is made up of the garage, while the 3rd section is two bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. These second and third bedrooms are detached from the main barn section, with sliding doors opening onto the outside section of the house, as well as sliding doors opening onto the quart yard section of the house - offering more privacy and easy access to different guests in your group. These two bedrooms offer a glimpse of ocean view in the distance as well as a view of the Danger point Lighthouse. Guests will have total privacy and usage of the entire space. There is only one direct neighboring house, situated at the back section of the property. Guests can use the garage for parking vehicles, although there is also parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in front of the garage. The property is situated inside Romansbaai Beach & Fynbos Estate - the estate is fenced, with a 24/7 reception gate. We've not had any safety issues at the property or inside the estate.
