Ideal for large groups of guests wanting a bit more privacy. From the front porch guests can enjoy the marvelous sea view, while on windy days the back yard offers a covered outdoor braai area.

Special attention was given to safety features when remodeling the house to put our guests at ease & ensuring a restful weekend away. The entire property is fenced, with key pad controlling gate access. Outside doors work with an electronic tag, instead of keys, offering another layer of security. 3 automated garages available for vehicles to be parked, also behind a gate.

Guests who enjoy water sports & fishing, will particularly like the 'wet room'. This is an outside section, where water sports gear can be hosed down and stored behind locked gates. There are also basins and working space for cleaning fish. This lockable outside storage is perfect for kids toys, surfboards, bicycles, fishing rods, etc!
