Beach bungalow no 31, forms part of a collection of bungalows, built back in the 1960's, each privately owned and remodeled according to the owner's liking.
The bungalows are all with in walking distance of each other. Safely fenced and access monitored with electronic keypad gate. The bungalows are within walking distance of the local grocery shop, beach and small play area. The beach in front of the bungalows is ideal for walking, swimming, fishing and kids to play.
The bungalow's open plan living room offers a lovely sea view, opening onto the fenced front yard, with an outdoor braai area. This bungalow's living area is spacious, with a lounge area, dining table, indoor braai and kitchen area.
The main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with bunk beds and a bed and sleeper couch in the living area.
This bungalow does not provide towels.
