This eclectic holiday home has been in the same family for 50 years. Having been modernised over time.
Panoramic views from the elevated living area are spectacular, while the adjacent wooden deck is ideal for private sunbathing.
There are 2 BBQ areas, one facing the sea and the other on the secluded garden patio at the back of the house. The bunk room has a pool table, indoor fire place (not for braaiing), a large collection of books, as well as a flat screen TV, overlooking the private garden with trees. This area is great for entertaining young ones.
The living room as well one of the other bedrooms also has an indoor fire place (Queen Ann Stove) - not for braaiing.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Outside access & on ground floor: Bedrooms #2, #3 & #4 (located in front of the house, facing the ocean & parking area).
Outside access & indoor access to Bedrooms #1 & #5 (located in backyard section of the house with garden view).
BEACH:
Guests enjoy swimming in the rock pool section right in front of the house (rock shoes are recommended).
Rock pools with abundant sea life are a great a source of entertainment for children, who can easily walk down to the seaside from the property. Alternatively Franskraal Swimming Beach is within 1km of the house.
PARKING:
Unfortunately no garage access available.
Parking behind gates, in front of the house for 4 vehicles.
