The house is located inside Romansbaai Beach & Fynbos Estate. The estate is safe & secure with gate access, fenced off and patrolling security vehicles. The estate boasts a private beach as well as free roaming wild life such as Zebra, Eland and Springbok. The house has one adjacent neighbor, other angles of the property are open to view the Fynbos fields and res of the estate. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property - including the 2 garages. The owner stores a few private belongings in the garage but this will not interfere with parking available to guests.
